"The One Doctor"? I just looked it up and realised I own it and heard it back in my BF days. I seem to recall it doesn't outstay its welcome. And, extraordinarily and unbelievably, it appears to feature Christopher Biggins's only every appearance in DW in any media. Given he was in everything, I wonder why JN-T never cast him. Hopefully, RTD will remedy the decades-long omission and finally get the National Treasure in the main show soon, perhaps even as an alt-Doctor.
