In which an ood needs the loo.

Not bothering with most minisodes, as there are about seventy million of them and I’d never remember them all. (It is sort of interesting that a comedy writer takes over the show and basically invents the sketch version of Doctor Who?) But I’m going to do some of the more plot important ones, and 2012 is a very short run, so:

Chibnall’s finest work. Ood on the loo! Then ood Butler! The strong suggestion that the Doctor banged both Mata Hari AND Lady Godiva! It’s genuinely sweet and funny and sets up the weird, not massively convincing twist at the start of the next season.

I am shocked to realise that Doctor Who, show or character, has an unrealistic idea of how divorce works, mind.

It felt at the time like Amy and Rory had been hanging around too long when their story was clearly done, and maybe. But watching it now I just find I like hanging out with them so much I don’t care. Also, Clara sucks. Lucky she doesn’t arrive until Christmas, right??
